The Senshi of the Ocean, Sailor Neptune.

Once again I must apologise for the background

(though it's the part of the pic that took me most time as soon as the lineart was done...)
I took some inspiration from Hokusai for the ocean, because I wanted it in that japanese, more... how to explain...
Well, not so realistic style (if you know what I mean...)
And, I don't think I have much more to say except that I really like her shoes!

(I have never been able to draw high-heels before)
